Refund policy
RECON Warranty Return Authorization Sheet (PDF)
If you are not satisfied with the good(s) you have received, you have the option to return the goods to us under the following return policy.
- Return requests will only be accepted within 30 days of the original shipment delivery date
- There will be a return handling/restocking fee equal to 20% of the total purchase price of the returned product
- The buyer is responsible for the shipping fees of the return (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
- The goods being returned must be unused and in their original condition
- Refund will be issued back to original payment method only
***Returned products will not be accepted if the products &/or boxes are damaged & not in new condition***

Additionally, please email us at Returns@GoRECON.com letting us know that you are returning a product to us and include what you would like us to do with your return once we receive it back (for example, issue you a refund or send you out a replacement product).
